Pre-ordering consists of ordering an item that is not physically available when purchased but is still in a phase of the production process that will then be finalized based on the total reservations collected.
Delivery times therefore differ from the usual order processing times. In this case they will be specified on the product page and/or on the collection page.
Since these are still in production, the dates indicated must be considered indicative. In the event of variations, we will update them.

Before finalizing the order it is therefore advisable to check whether the product is in pre-order or not. Upon completion of the procedure you will immediately receive a confirmation email containing your order number.

It will be possible to request the modification of the model chosen among those present in the collection offered for pre-order. Our staff will check if the version you have chosen is still available and will respond to your request as soon as possible.
From the moment the item is shipped it will not be possible to request any changes to the pre-order. For any information please refer to the following contact: hello@ekwatch.com

If your order includes other products in addition to the pre-order item, we will ship these items within the usual shipping times and will send a second shipment containing the pre-order item once it is ready to ship.

Cancellations are allowed within 48 hours of pre-ordering. To cancel your pre-order, write to our support. Remember to provide the order number you wish to cancel and enter it in the
your request.

If 48 hours have already passed since the pre-order, it cannot be refunded before the delivery start date indicated on the product page and/or collection page.

Once the order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the cancellation and indicating that the refund has been issued.

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the watch purchased in pre-order.
