All watches are waterproof and ensure that the crown is fully screwed down in watches with a screw system. Before wearing unloaded watches, it is always advisable to wind them using the crown. After a long period of over 5 years, it is advisable to check the gaskets to ensure water resistance.

The warranty covers defects that appear within two years of the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover any damage, abuse or tampering that you may have done to your watch. For example, it does not cover water damage caused by your negligence (for example if you submerge the watch in water without closing the crown), normal wear and tear, accidental damage to the crystal, bezel, scratches, damage to the strap or theft. You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered product, by sending us an email to hello@ekwatch.com with the order number and the reason, upon receipt you will receive a refund free of charge.

To be eligible for a refund, the Ekwatch item must be unused and in the same condition in which the product and all accessories were received.
